Our Story

With years of experience across multiple industries and with a keen understanding of the obligations, concerns, and pressures consuming the day-to-day of senior executives, we saw that there was a way to create a new entity based on the following principles:

Leadership
David Messinger is the Founder & CEO of Verum Ventus. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Trailer Park Group.
Messinger currently advises and/or provides growth strategies to the leadership teams of private equity firms, venture firms, entertainment companies, media companies, consulting firms, influencer agencies, and consumer companies.
Most recently, Messinger served as the global CMO of Activision Blizzard,. Previous to this role, Messinger was the Co-Head of CAA Marketing, a division of Creative Artists Agency. In this role, Messinger helped lead a practice that developed marketing strategies and award-winning original content to leverage the power of entertainment on behalf of blue-chip corporate clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, General Motors, Mattel, Southwest Airlines, Diageo, Chipotle, and Samsung.
Prior to joining CAA, Messinger worked at IAC where he led the consumer marketing efforts for Ticketmaster. Before his tenure at IAC, he worked at The Walt Disney Company in Corporate Alliances and then Corporate Brand Management. Messinger began his marketing career at marketing agency Leo Burnett Company. Among other responsibilities, he led the marketing of McDonald’s flagship product, the Big Mac.
